Confirmation of booking

Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost.

Note: 

i) Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “Giorgio Apartments” reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

In the Party to be charged field, you need to select among the following options for payment

·    Charges for the orderer’s account (DEBT/OUR): The remittance order amount plus fees in favour of NBG and fees in favour of the paying bank will be charged to the orderer’s account the beneficiary will receive the full amount of the remittance order.

ii) The deposit must be received by “Giorgio Apartments” no later than the date as specified by the
reservation’s department.

iii) Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to “Giorgio Apartments” reservations by either fax or email.

Refunds

For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

***0% cancellation fee:

Full refund – When a cancellation to the booking has been made with a minimum of 30 days notice (from the date of check in) being given to “Giorgio Apartments” reservation’s department.

Note:
i) 100% of the deposit is refunded.
ii) Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

·    Charges for the orderer’s account (CRED/BEN): The beneficiary will be charged with both the fees in favour of NBG and fees in favour of the paying bank, and will receive the remittance amount reduced by the total amount of the said charges.

***50% cancellation fee:

A 50% cancellation fee  is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been  made within the period of 21days to 30 days, from the date of check in.

Note:
i) 50% of the deposit is refunded.
ii) Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

·    Charges for the orderer’s account (CRED/BEN): The beneficiary will be charged with both the fees in favour of NBG and fees in favour of the paying bank, and will receive the remittance amount reduced by the total amount of the said charges.

***100% cancellation fee:

A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check in.

Note:
i) No refund to the deposit is refunded.

***For pre-term departures,there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50%of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)

 ***The Turism Enterprise Registration Number (MHTE) certifies the legitimacy of the enterprise.

Balance of deposit

The balance to the booking is made at “Giorgio Apartments” prior to the departure date.
